Our Story

We are Justin, Harry and Miriam.

We met a few years ago while working at a bar. We worked, we laughed, we enjoyed talking about food, people & life. 

TINMAN opened up its doors in summer 2017 by Harry and Justin. It was Harry’s dream since he was young to open a Cafe and he convinced Justin – who had a background in street food and pop ups – to unite forces and build his dream together. In autumn 2019, Miriam officially joined the crew (although she was kind of there from the very beginning), bringing in her master communication & organisational skills.

We enjoy watching the rise of the Cafe culture in Berlin and are happy to be part of a community who wants the best for each other, and who supports one another. We believe that eating out is more than just filling up your belly, but a whole experience that starts with a warm greeting when walking in a place. 

At Tinman, we serve what we love – good coffee, fresh juices and healthy food full of flavour. So don’t be shy, come say hi and bring your friends for breakfast, brunch, lunch or just a boogie.
